Learning to Swim
Dear Thambi,
The water is DEEP and COLD. And you won't be able to float yet. Nope, that took me like two cycles of swimming classes.....
Anyways, Madam Tan will save you in case of anything, I'll bee too busy screaming for help.
Oh my.......You're braver than me in that aspect, at least you let go off the sides and went straight into the water.
Maybe when you grow a bit taller you will be able to stand in the water like me.
Go swim, brother!

TAE-KWON-DO
Haiiyaaa....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Punch! Kick ! Box!
Appa and Amma sent em to Taekwondo class today. I tried to explain to Amma that I don't want to go, and I promised to stop punching Appa......but she wouldn't listen.
Anyways, the Master was kind and he encouraged me.....and I guess at the end of it all, Taekwondo is not TOO bad....
So here goes my Sunday mornings.....it's Taekwondo time.
No sparring for me please, I am a gentle soul.

Eshvarhen learns Thevaram
Dear All,
Amma sent me for Thevaram class today.
I will spend the next few classes laughing, licking the chairs and flirting with the older girls until I finally settle down sometime during the 4th or 5th class.
Soon I will be joining a Thevaram potti......
Annum Paalikkum......
Avanai Uliya ( Amma insists it is supposed to be sung Avanai Oliya) *sigh....my foreign accent comign into play again

You danced well today my son. You were your natural bold and handsome self. Very coordinated in your movements, and as usual VERY serious. Just so you won't ever forget, you actually told me to keep quite when I tried to wave to you.

Eshvarhen's first hospital stay
Dear All,
I was hospitalised on 17 April for severe AGE. I was passing a LOT of blood from my stools. Must have been something I picked up either:
a. Licking the carpet ( 2nd highest suspect)
b. Licking under the carpet
c. Licking the floor
d. Eating my toe ( highest suspect)
The hospital was okay, we had cartoon, and I had Amma ALL to myself those four days. But after a while it got pretty boring and i started to miss Annai and Bagyam.
So here I am today, discharged, but now i get scolded even BEFORE licking the carpet.
Hehe.
